The rural house “La Torre” is located in the historic center of the town, only the width of the street separates it from the 13th century medieval tower.
This house was built around the year 1900, renovated on several occasions by the previous owners and rehabilitated in 2010 by the current ones. The rehabilitation and decoration of it has been carried out with the utmost delicacy to make its use and enjoyment an unforgettable memory. Almost all the furniture belonged to the ancestors of the current and previous owners, and has been restored with great care and enthusiasm to make your stay a pleasant and welcoming place.
The house is distributed on the ground floor and three heights, with air conditioning. It has five bedrooms, 3 double and two with 105 cm beds, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room, reading room, laundry room, large open terrace and a covered terrace from where you can see and almost touch the emblematic monument of “La Torre”.
On the ground floor there is a cozy hall, the living room with a 32″ television, the reading room with a mini library and board games, and a room with a 105 cm bed and a bathroom.
On the first floor is the kitchen, equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, yogurt maker and all kinds of necessary kitchenware and utensils; a spacious dining room with a television, and a double room with a canopy and a bathroom.
On the second floor there are: two double rooms (one of them with a large dressing room), a room with a 105 cm bed. and a bathroom.
And on the third floor are the laundry room (with washing machine, iron, ironing table and clothesline), a large open terrace, a covered terrace and the attic. It also has a barbecue.
The rooms are fully equipped with slatted bases, spring mattresses, and all the necessary bedding, sheets, blankets, duvets and summer bedspreads. The bathrooms have the necessary towels for the service, as well as heating and a hairdryer. One of them equipped with a first aid kit.
The house complies with the regulations required by the CTE regarding emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and evacuation instructions in case of fire. The entire house is rented, with capacity for 8 people, a minimum of two nights and animals are not allowed.
